Let’s produce the best possible screen content, together.

Meet Phoebe, Our Access Coordinator!

Image Description: A young woman wearing a dark grey shirt faces the camera, with her arms crossed and her head slightly tilted. She has long, wavy brown hair and blue eyes, and a determined expression on her face.

We are excited to announce Phoebe’s new role at A2K Media: as Victoria’s first-ever Access Coordinator.

Phoebe brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to promoting equity, access and inclusion in the screen industry, and is ready to work with you to make your production accessible.

Phoebe's proficiency in Auslan (Australian Sign Language) adds a valuable dimension to this role, ensuring effective communication with Deaf screen practitioners and a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone. Her commitment to promoting Disability Justice and background in vocational education, inclusive practice and psychology will be invaluable in your production as we strive to create a more accessible and inclusive screen industry.

Phoebe is available now to discuss how you might make your next production accessible for everyone: because it’s time to employ Deaf and Disabled cast and crew, and work alongside one another effectively!

Let’s make a positive difference to the content on our screens!
